We also support large-scale railway maintenance programs, with experience across overhauls, refurbishment and lifecycle services for track machines, point & crossing systems and ballast regulation equipment—where precision, safety and repeatability are non-negotiable.

Big Ideas, Real Impact
Sunbeam operates from three strategic locations across India—New Delhi, Faridabad and Belgaum—enabling close coordination between engineering, operations and customer support.
Our New Delhi facility functions as the central hub for sales coordination and warehousing operations. Located in the western part of New Delhi, the facility spans approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and supports efficient inventory management and timely supply to customers.
A dedicated team of around 20 professionals, operating under the leadership of Deepak Vaid, manages sales operations, logistics coordination and customer interface activities from this location, ensuring responsive support and streamlined execution.
This facility plays a key role in supporting Sunbeam’s multi-sector operations across railways, industrial equipment and specialised engineering projects.
Our New unit established in 2019 at Belgaum, Karnataka
Established in 2019, Sunbeam’s Belgaum facility serves as the company’s primary manufacturing and automation base. Strategically located near the industrial clusters of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Telangana, the unit enables efficient execution of multi-state industrial and infrastructure projects.
This facility is equipped for the manufacture of engineered components, hydraulic cylinders and special-purpose machines, supporting both standard and customised applications. Importantly, all industrial and mobile automation projects—including control systems integration and system testing—are executed from this location.
The Belgaum unit operates under the technical leadership of Nandan Patil and Vikrant Rakshe, supported by a focused team of nine technocrats specialising in hydraulics, automation and system integration.
Since commissioning, the facility has demonstrated consistent growth in capability and throughput. To support increasing project complexity and scale, capacity expansion is currently underway, with the addition of new machines and extended shopfloor space
Our Faridabad unit
Sunbeam’s Faridabad facility, located close to the Delhi border, functions as the company’s dedicated Repair, Service and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) centre. This unit plays a critical role in supporting operational continuity for customers requiring rapid response and dependable service execution.
The facility spans approximately 4,000 sq. ft. and is supported by a team of around 20 engineers, technicians and service personnel specialising in hydraulic systems and mechanical assemblies.
The Faridabad unit is equipped with three hydraulic test benches for comprehensive testing and calibration of hydraulic pumps, motors and valves, covering both open-circuit and closed-circuit configurations. These in-house testing capabilities enable precise fault diagnosis, performance validation and reliable return-to-service of critical hydraulic equipment.
